Bao is a private, single-user assistant that helps its owner review email, understand upcoming calendar commitments and maintain a personal task list.
Purpose-limited
Google data is used only to rank important messages, identify commitments, review schedules and answer the owner's requests.
Single-user
Bao is not a public service. Access is limited to accounts personally authorized by its owner, and the assistant runs on the owner's Mac.
Data handling
Your data serves your request.
Relevant email or calendar content may be processed locally and sent to the configured OpenAI API solely to perform requested assistant functions. Bao does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or make it available to unrelated parties.
Tokens are kept in the owner's macOS Keychain. See the Privacy Policy for retention, revocation and deletion details.
