Terms of Service

Bao is a private personal-assistant system operated for its owner's own use. It is not offered as a public service.

Authorized use

Bao may be connected only to accounts that its owner is authorized to access. The owner is responsible for the accuracy of account permissions and for complying with applicable service terms and laws.

Assistant output

Bao can summarize information, rank priorities and suggest actions. Its output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before consequential decisions or external communications.

Google access

The current Google connector is read-only. It may review Gmail and Google Calendar data only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Authorization can be revoked at any time through the connected Google Account.

Availability

Bao depends on local hardware, network access and third-party services. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Pending work should be verified after an interruption before any action is repeated.

Changes and termination

The owner may stop using Bao, revoke connected accounts or delete locally stored data at any time. These terms may be updated when the assistant's functionality or data practices materially change.
